BAKER, J. - Raymond Carlisle appeals his conviction of burglary in the first degree, alleging prosecutorial misconduct. He argues that a defense witness refused to testify after the prosecutor threatened him with prosecution if the witness testified, thus denying him his right to compulsory and due process.
