Jeanette Cahoon was convicted of unlawful possession of cocaine, methamphetamine, and over 40 grams of marijuana. She appeals, contending evidence of the drugs should have been suppressed because their discovery violated: (1) her constitutional right of privacy; and (2) the physician-patient privilege.
